We do not offer refunds. If you can not attend the webinar or live class you can always do the online class and then when you are available you can attend the live webinar class or you can always call your instructor for help.

Hello Tammy, if you will watch the calendar we list the classes as they are available. We just had a live class. I am so sorry you missed it. It is the same price as our other classes. You get access to the online class no matter which you sign up for. This weekend we have a live webinar class. This is where we all sign in to our meeting at the same time like ZOOM. I need to renew my signing agent certification and went on website was was unable to.
Hello Constance, If you have been paying your $10 to CarolinaSigningAssociation.com then your signing certification automatically renews. If you became certified less then a year ago you can go to CarolinaSigningAssociation.com and sign up for their $10 membership. Besure in enter your certification date so your certification will be renewed.
If not you will have to take the class again.
